    Send funds to Etoskills

    Choose your preferred channel and send the amount you’d like to deposit. Save the transaction receipt/SMS—this is your proof of payment.

    Submit the Etoskills form

    Log in, open Wallet & Transactions → Top Up, and enter the exact amount and provider reference. Attach a note if there’s anything special we should know.

    💡 Tip: Double-check the transaction ID and amount. Correct details mean faster matching.

    Receive your Etoskills reference

    We generate an internal reference immediately and send you an in-app notification. Keep it handy—it helps support locate your request instantly.

    Finance team matches your payment

    Our team reconciles bank statements, wallet screenshots, and your submission details. We’ll update the status to “completed” or “failed” (with reasons) and notify you right away.
